Jenni and I had our son in November 2010. From conception, pregnancy, childbirth and now raising a child, we recognize the unique and special experience of being a queer family. We hear there are lots of us out there, but sometimes hard to connect to ... So we decided to start a group that will offer social activities, play dates, information sessions and mutual support.

Hi! I created this group to allow families to have a venue for meeting like-minded families who want financial freedom. My husband and I want to be with people who have the same goal of having financial freedom and security. This meetup group is intended for couples and their children. We will have regular meetups at least once a month. Some meetups are for children to help them learn about financial literacy through games and other activities. This is a great way for us to take action, and take …

Hubby and I are mad for surfing and snowboarding, we've dabbled in long-boarding and wake-boarding, and also like to hike and mess around on boats. Since becoming parents in February 2010, we've managed to keep up our favourite hobbies but not without some challenges. This group is aimed at bringing together active parents and their babies in a fun and supportive way. We will organise family-friendly ski/snowboard trips to destinations across BC, surfing in Tofino and are open to other ideas …
